Don Hostetler is an experienced lawyer, who has practiced for over 2 decades.  His varied experience includes practicing law at a large law firm, Ice Miller, a boutique litigation firm, Hoover Hull (currently Hoover Hull Turner), and as a Deputy Attorney General with the Indiana Office of the Attorney General.  ​​

Don has significant experience litigating lawsuits in federal and state court.  He has successfully represented clients at bench and jury trials on claims ranging from officer's breach of fiduciary duty, close corporation disputes, disputes between governmental entities, to civil rights claims of excessive force against police officers.  Don's practice also includes providing individual clients advice regarding general contract matters and preparation of wills.

Don's law practice emphasizes practical and cost-effective solutions for clients.  Don enjoys assisting clients in achieving their goals in a manner that minimizes legal fees and streamlines the process to achieve an efficient result.
